Definition of Involved Parties


For the purpose of this contract, the terms "you" and "us" shall be defined as follows:

"You" or "Your" refers to the party entering into the contract with us, also referred to as a customer, whether as an individual or as a representative of a company or organization.

"We" or "Us" refers to the party with whom you are entering into the contract, also referred to as the company, manufacturer, or retailer, whether as an individual or as a representative of a company or organization.

These terms are used for clarity and convenience only and do not imply any legal status or relationship between the parties beyond the terms and conditions outlined in the contract.

By entering into this contract, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions set forth herein and agree to be legally bound by them.



Terms and Conditions

All sales processed through our website, through email, or over the phone, are subject to our Terms and Conditions set forth below. When your order is processed, it is assumed that you have read the Terms and Conditions and agree to them. We require that you accept these Terms and Conditions during the checkout process, and this is a legally binding agreement. Please ensure that you have taken the time to read and understand our Terms, and have asked any questions pertaining to them prior to placing your order.  We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions listed on our site at any time without notice. 


We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Privacy on Other Web Sites

Other sites accessible through our site have their own privacy policies and data collection practices. Please consult each site's privacy policy. Our Store is not responsible for the actions of third parties.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of a final sale price. Dodge Off Road reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Typically this happens when International orders are submitted using Domestic shipping prices, as an example. We will contact you if the amount submitted is inaccurate, and your order will not be processed until full payment is received. If you wish to cancel your order, we will issue a refund in full.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time during order processing through completion.  

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed at the time your order is placed. 

Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Company Checks, and Personal Checks

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. Orders will not be processed until the payment has cleared our bank. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Times - All of our products have lead/build times posted on their respective pages when possible, unless that item is already in stock. These build times are meant to be helpful estimates, and are in no way a guarantee. We carry a large number of products, some of them are shipped from our shop and some are drop shipped from manufacturers. The products we make at our shop are custom made at the time of your order and will take some time to complete, unless they are listed as in stock. If you have a build deadline or need the parts by a certain time, you need to email or call us before placing your order to make sure we can get the parts to you on time. We do not guarantee shipping or delivery dates as many things can happen during the course of building your parts. However we always do our best to get the order completed as quickly as possible. It is our goal to ship orders faster than estimated, but because of the nature of our work, there are things that come up which are out of our control.

If your order does not ship within the estimated time provided (if provided), we are not under any obligation to issue a refund, upgrade your shipping or provide other means of delivering the products by a certain date, or accept a return on the order if it's been shipped complete or partially, unless those terms were discussed and agreed to by both parties prior to the sale. Your order is final once it is accepted by Dodge Off Road, and once we have begun building your parts.  

You must consent to receiving electronic notifications about the status of your order by providing an email address when you check out.  If you do not provide an email address, you waive the ability to track the progress of your order electronically, and you must call us to receive this information.  We use our ecommerce software to keep all customers up to date on the status of their order from the time it is placed, to the time it is delivered.  This information is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by logging in to "My Account" on this website, using the login info you provided at checkout.  We are happy to provide this information during business hours if you call or email us.  By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you give consent to receive updates on an as-needed basis, and are opting out of any 30-day rolling updates and approvals that are written in to some federal and state e-commerce rules.

Shipping rates are quoted out by the site when you add items to your cart and enter your shipping address. These quotes are accurate. We offer a variety of shipping services, all of which are available during check out. Because of the time it takes to get individual shipping quotes, we provide the site and have integrated it with UPS and USPS so you are able to quote it out yourself, 24 hours a day.

Lost Packages - We provide tracking info when your order is shipped.  If your order does not arrive, we need to be notified within 30 days of the date it is sent out, so that we can file a lost package claim.  If you notify us after 30 days, we will do our best to help, but are under no obligation to replace lost products once they leave here and are scanned by UPS, USPS, or any other shipping company.   Most shipping companies only allow us 30 days to file a claim, so we must be notified immediately if your box does not show up, or shows up damaged.  



All state and federal taxes are added at the time of checkout. International shipments are subject to additional tax by your own country and those are the sold responsibility of the customer. 


Returns and Cancelations

Please be sure of what you are ordering before you place your order, and make note that we do not guarantee build/ship times on any items that aren't in-stock at the time of purchase.  All eligible refunds are given as store credit, unless otherwise noted.  There are no cancelations or refunds on products that are built to order.  We do not accept returns on products that are built to order.  Items listed as "in stock" at the time of purchase are eligible for returns within 30 days of receipt, with an RMA number, in brand new/unused condition.  There is a 25% restocking fee for these returns, when a return merchandise authorization is approved. Shipping is non-refundable. Returns on stocked items will be issued as store credit unless otherwise approved at our discretion.  In some rare cases, we may approve a cancelation on a product that is built to order, and that credit will be issued as store credit only.  If you send an unauthorized return, we will refuse the shipment if possible, or hold it for you to be picked up by your carrier of choice. We do not refund shipping charges under any circumstances and you must ship returns back prepaid.  If they are sent COD or postage due, we will refuse them. If there are manufacturing defects, we will fix those errors for a period of 30 days past receipt of your order. Defects are defined as problems with the product or it's individual parts that keeps it from being usable without major modifications, and that these issues are not caused by the vehicle's condition, interference from other parts or modifications done to the vehicle, or improper installation or modifications done to the product, at our discretion. Other conditions may apply at our discretion as needed.  Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.  Missing parts, incorrect parts, or shipping damages must be reported within 10 days of receipt of your order, and all packaging materials must be saved until the shipping company has closed out the claim investigation.  Our goal is to provide you with quality parts that you will be happy with, but we are not responsible for damages or issues that are caused by others, including shipping, installation, maintenance, and general wear and tear. We are not responsible for parts ordered incorrectly by the customer - we build/fulfill your order based on the information you provide us. It is your responsibility to order the correct parts.  Our goal is to provide you with a great shopping experience and great products, however we are not a test-drive facility.  That's what we mean by all sales are final.  Once you order parts from us, they belong to you.  We are here to help you order the correct parts if you are unsure of what you need. In some cases, we may approve a refund on built to order parts, and this will be issued as store credit only. No exceptions. 

If you place an order but cancel it before we have started production or ordered materials for it (usually within 24 hours of order being placed), there will be a 10% charge to cover credit card fees and our time processing both transactions, if the cancelation is approved.  If we've already ordered materials or started production, or the product has already been shipped, the cancelation request will be denied.  All sales are final on built to order products but we use our discretion to provide the best customer service we can. 

For refunds on stocked items that have an RMA number, please allow 10 business days for the credit to be processed after we receive the authorized return back.  Any refunds given after our 30 day policy are issued as store credit only - this is at our discretion and we do not typically issue refunds after 30 days unless we deem that there are extenuating circumstances. 

If you receive a product that is faulty or defective, we will exchange that product and cover UPS Ground shipping expenses both ways for a period of up to 30 days after receipt.  After that, our standard warranty goes into effect. 


Product Liability Disclaimer


The manufacturer, distributor, and retailer of the automotive products sold on this site assume no responsibility for any damages or injuries that may result from the installation or use of these products by anyone other than one of our qualified installation specialists. These products should only be installed by a professional with experience in the installation of our specific automotive products. 

The customer acknowledges and accepts that the improper installation and/or use of these products may result in serious injury, damage to the vehicle, or even death. The manufacturer, distributor, and retailer of these products shall not be held liable for any such damages or injuries that may occur as a result of improper installation, use, or maintenance. 

Please read and follow all product instructions and warnings carefully before attempting to install or use these products. If you have any questions or concerns about the installation or use of these products, please consult a qualified automotive technician or contact us for further assistance.

By purchasing and using these products, the customer acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with the installation and use of automotive parts and accessories and assumes all responsibility for any damages or injuries that may occur.


Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, our store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

We provide instruction guides for many products. These guides are to help the customer install our products, however we are not liable for typographical errors included in the guides. It is ultimately the responsibility of the vehicle owner and the installer to ensure that all parts are installed properly and safely on that particular vehicle. Our installation guides are simply a starting point, meant to help explain what the individual pieces are and where they should fit on the truck in most cases. We are not responsible for improper installs - every vehicle is different and it is up to the vehicle owner to make the best decision for their particular situation.

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Dodge Off Road signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time. If you have questions or concerns about our policies, please contact us before making assumptions.


Chargebacks and Disputes

Because of the nature of our business, some orders do take weeks or months to ship.  Most products are built to order and we do not issue refunds or cancellations on products that are built to order.  All sales are final on products that are built to order. We try our best to notify you of estimated lead times before ordering when applicable, and we try our best to keep you updated as the build process takes place. Things can and do come up that keep us from shipping your order as quickly as we'd like, and sometimes those things are out of our control.  If you feel like you need to file a chargeback/dispute, please contact us prior to doing so and we'll do our best to work with you to remedy the situation.  It will save both of us a lot of headaches.  Once a chargeback or dispute is initiated, there are protocols that have to be followed and it will make things much more complicated.  We file rebuttals on all chargebacks and it will end up delaying your order or refund even longer, as we do not ship products while a chargeback or dispute is ongoing.  If anything has been shipped, we will intercept the package and hold it until everything is cleared up in our favor, and all funds are deposited again.  This can take anywhere from a week, up to several months, or more.   Again, save all of us the headaches and reach out to us first.  In the event that you file a chargeback on an order that has already been delivered, we treat that as fraud and will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.   If your chargeback violates the terms and conditions of the sale (example: using a chargeback as a way to get a refund on an order that is non-refundable), we will either send you to collections or file a lawsuit against you, at our discretion.  Regardless of chargeback rules with card issuers, we have a binding legal agreement with any customer that purchases from us and we will enforce that agreement.  You will be responsible for all fees associated with the chargeback, shipping, and attorney fees.  You could potentially win a chargeback through your card issuer, but you will pay a lot more in the long run.  Bottom line:  if you file a chargeback and we incur any loss from it, you're going to pay for it one way or another.  There are times that we may agree a chargeback is the best way to handle your order, but those instances are at our sole discretion. 


Hard Parts Warranty

All Dodge Off Road hard parts carry a lifetime warranty against defects to the original purchaser, with proof of purchase. This does not cover abuse or misuse, or improper installation procedures including improper torque of fasteners, nor does it cover general wear items such as bushings, bearings, races, or joints. Any modifications to products voids the warranty. Our warranty does not cover parts other than our own. Parts from other manufacturers have their own respective warranty policies which can be found on the product pages or by visiting that company's website. In all cases, the warranty covers the product only and does not cover other parts or assemblies that may have been affected, nor does it cover labor costs or any other possible charges or compensation.  We have no liability to provide coverage beyond the retail price of an affected item shown on the customer's invoice.  Any additional expenses, including but not limited to shipping costs, installation costs, or labor costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by us. 

Any replacement parts sent out will be shipped in the same manner as which you paid on the original order; if you paid for Ground shipping then we will ship replacement parts Ground.  If you want to upgrade the shipping, we can give you a quote and you can pay the difference.  We require parts to be shipped to us, prepaid, for all warranty claims.  We will inspect the parts and then replace or refund if they are defective.  In the event that we ship replacement parts first and provide you with a return label to ship faulty parts back to us, those parts should be returned to us within 10 business days.  If they are not shipped by that time, we will charge your card for the value of the parts, or if we cannot authorize your card, your account will be sent to a debt collector. 



Powdercoat Warranty

Many products are shipped with a powdercoat finish. These are done at no extra charge and are to protect your parts from rust or corrosion, while giving them a nice finish. They are not intended to be show-quality, but simply a protective finish. There are no guarantees or warranties on the finish of the products. If you require a show-quality finish or prefer another method of coating your products, you may request that the parts be sent in bare steel so that you can finish them to your liking. We do not build show truck parts; our parts are made for daily drivers and off road trucks. Nicks and scratches are part of the off road lifestyle.  Some customers find that paint or bedliner material is more durable for their application, so we give you the option for bare steel or powder coat on all products that we manufacture.  If products show up with powdercoat banged up from shipping, you have our apologies, and we recommend touch up paint be used to cover those areas if you are concerned with the way it looks. 


End User Conduct via Electronic Communications

This policy outlines the rules for any person who uses our website, email, chat, phone system, or other means of communication.  We treat everyone with respect by default, but we will not tolerate certain behaviors by users and reserve the right to end all communication at our discretion. If you spam us (send an inappropriate number of messages or call an inappropriate number of times in order to harass us or crash a system), threaten us, use excessive vulgarity, sexually harass, or otherwise harass any staff member using any means of electronic communication, you are subject to being banned from all electronic communication.  We will warn you first, if appropriate, but threats of violence or certain language will result in an immediate ban, at our sole discretion.  You will still be able to receive emails from us with order updates and tracking info as needed, but you will no longer be able to speak with anyone here via electronic communication.  If you circumvent the ban, we will automatically ban any other means of communication.  In some cases, we may file a police report and pursue legal action, if needed.  Being upset or frustrated is one thing, but there is absolutely no need to call anyone names or threaten them.  The staff members you are working with are just trying to assist you, and the company is responsible for providing them with a safe and fair working environment, free of all forms of harassment.  This has been our policy for many years, but we are now adding it to the Terms and Conditions of the website for legal purposes. If you violate this policy, you are consenting to losing the privilege of communicating with us through any of these means. We will not tolerate harassment in any form.
