Our new Help Center is live!

We recently launched a new Help Center that will have more in-depth information that is easy to search.  We're doing this to help provide info to customers without the need to reach out to us, or as a supplement to emails that we send.  The idea is that this will save time on both ends - you get a detailed answer faster, and we can respond to messages faster.  A lot of the questions we get are repetitive, and while the information has been on our site for years, sometimes it's hard to sort through.  We hope that the new Help Center will be useful for all of our customers!
