Our new Help Center is live!

In August 2023, we launched a new Help Center that has more in-depth information that is easy to search.  We're doing this to help provide info to customers without the need to reach out to us, or as a supplement to emails that we send.  The idea is that this will save time on both ends - you get a detailed answer faster, and we can respond to messages faster.  A lot of the questions we get are repetitive, and while the information has been on our site for years, sometimes it's hard to sort through.  We hope that the new Help Center will be useful for all of our customers!

You can always reach out if you have questions about anything, we're just offering new ways to provide great customer service.  Our email and chat system will automatically send you links to relevant articles so that you get an answer immediately, whenever possible.  We're adding new articles as often as possible and hope you find them useful.
